Den nye politistasjonen, som skal dekke de syv distriktene i Oslo politidistrikts enhet \u00f8st skal bygges p\u00e5 et industriomr\u00e5de p\u00e5 Alna i Groruddalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har engasjert anleggsleder Claudio Carneiro til \u00e5 snakke oss gjennom hva som skjer i dette store prosjektet p\u00e5 daglig basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00e5r begynte Tiveta Betong AS \u00e5 jobbe med dette prosjektet?&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Vi startet dette prosjektet i uke 8 etter \u00e5 ha opplevd noen forsinkelser i gravearbeidet. Produksjonen startet i uke 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvilket faktisk arbeid vil du utf\u00f8re? Vennligst beskriv det i detalj.<\/strong><br>V\u00e5rt arbeidsomfang p\u00e5 dette stedet inneb\u00e6rer f\u00f8rst og fremst betong in situ. Vi jobber med fundamenter med varierende dybder, fra 80 centimeter til 100 centimeter. I tillegg bygger vi innvendige og utvendige betongvegger, som er ca 3,9 meter h\u00f8ye og har en tykkelse fra 0,30 meter til 0,18 meter. Det er ogs\u00e5 to sm\u00e5 plater, hver m\u00e5ler rundt 100 kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvor mange ansatte fra Tiveta Betong AS vil du eller har hatt i prosessen p\u00e5 topp?<\/strong><br>&nbsp;P\u00e5 det meste hadde vi ca. 24 arbeidere involvert i prosjektet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00e5r skal du v\u00e6re ferdig med dette prosjektet?<\/strong><br>&nbsp;Prosjektet er delt inn i faser. Grunnarbeidene for byggene skal etter planen v\u00e6re ferdige innen uke 31. Etterp\u00e5 vil vi g\u00e5 videre til fasen med bygging av vegger, som vil bli periodisk og koordinert med prefabrikasjonsteamet, fra uke 38 og videre til uke 47.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hva er de st\u00f8rste utfordringene for teamet ditt i dette prosjektet, hvis noen?&nbsp;<\/strong><br>En av hovedutfordringene vi st\u00e5r overfor er den stramme tidsplanen, spesielt i prosjektets innledende fase. \u00c5 jobbe sammen med prefab teamet krever ekstra oppmerksomhet og koordinering for \u00e5 sikre jevn fremgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hva betyr dette prosjektet for Tiveta Betong AS p\u00e5 dette stadiet?<\/strong><br>\u00a0Dette prosjektet er avgj\u00f8rende for Tiveta Betong AS da det i dag krever en betydelig del av v\u00e5re ressurser.
