Vacancies

Site Manager

Supervise the direction of the project
Ensure that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
Liaising with the client
Make safety inspections
Check and prepare site reports and drawings
Maintain quality control procedures

Foreman

Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans with teamwork
Work with technical drawings and plans
Review all project activities, work equipment, and locations daily to ensure everything is performed to company standards
Ensure fast and efficient logistics at the construction site
Delegate jobs to workers as determined by their capabilities
Ensure workers follow company policy and procedures
Train new workers whenever they join the team and provide workers with continuing education according to the latest industry requirements so that all work meets the most current specifications

Team Leader

Responsible for the work carried out by his team
Briefing the team about targets
Monitor team performance
Ensure work is completed on time
Work with technical drawings and plans

Formwork Carpenter

Have experience using system formwork to make slabs, beams and walls, and install support beams and props
Build structures on site using wood, traditional formwork
Disassemble formwork without damaging it
Measure, cut and shape wood or metal

Steel Fixer

Tie steel reinforcement bars (rebars) to build cages
Use hand and power tools to cut and bend bars or mesh
Use rebar to build unique casts to keep setting concrete in place
Fix steel to concrete bases

Mason

Brick-and-mortar work
Repair and maintain concrete surfaces (walls, slabs, etc.)
Seal foundations with damp-resistant materials
Use hand tools, power tools, and brick-cutting machines
Work accurately from detailed plans and specifications

Crane/Manitou Operator

Operate cranes
Operate “Manitou” (telehandler)
